Our services are intended for educational purposes only. Users must not misuse the platform for any unlawful or disruptive activities. Kerala Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless a class is cancelled by Kerala Tutors. In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund or equivalent credit will be issued to the student. Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
All course materials, videos, and content are the intellectual property of Kerala Tutors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of our content is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
Kerala Tutors is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We make every effort to ensure service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding month.
